~oooxxixxooo: Got transferred to another department, who then transferred me back to the automated number. They said they would transfer me to the same department again, I explained that I had been transferred twice already, she promised I would be transferred to a live person, but I wasn't. Hung up out of frustration. I don't need a subscription that bad.
