~sflPerson: I experienced the same problem trying to get through to them. After digging through the phone prompts you get "All Operators are currently busy, please call back later" and the CLICK !! I called back a bunch of times thinking I would eventually get put in the hold queue (vary familiar with these systems - tele support for years) but nope still got hung up on. My last try I said "Im gonna play dumb" and push the prompts as if I were a Hospital or Insurance, pressed * for an operator as soon as it allowed me to and guess what !!! I have hold music and everything :) ** minutes later a lady answered and had no idea of my misleading prompt answers. She was actually nice and helpful. So thats the trick .. and good luck everyone !!
