~anonymous: The website saves all past info which turns into things getting mixed up instead of always helping the customer service line is a nightmare. You can't get a hold of a human being and I can't stand that they are never any help at all. The website where you enter your documents does not always work I turned mine in over a week ago and turns out they were never uploaded. Which does nothing but keep my kids from health care and my daughters surgery put on hold yet again. If you recertify to early it wakes it worse on you. So this system is a lose lose for all. Why does this have to be such a pain in the ***? Its not that hard if nothing changes or every little changes.
