~hello: Called many times, finally got through to the automated service (German). Pressed *, asked agent in German for English-speaker. A few minutes later got an English-speaking agent who had to put me on hold because I needed to book international trips. Waited on hold another ** minutes and then was told via automated message that lines were all busy and to call back. Haven't been able to get through again yet.
