~ticked off: First * people I spoke w* could not hardly speak understandable english, took me ** mins to get to an american, english speaking human. Your chat is pathetic and is not really chat, you never actually chat with a person. After being hit with some financial devestation, your company would not give me a payment extention for an additional * weeks, which is why customers are moving to companies like Netflix,Huloo and watching free movies off the internet. Your customer service is astonishingly pathetic.
