~Anonymous : I've contacted Direct TV twice in tbe last month in effort to set up paperless billing. The first call I spoke with Shannon and told her at the time I had no access to internet to sign up. After several efforts to resolve this problem she stated she was able to get me signed up. On ********* I recieved an e-mail stating my account had not the een set up. I went to Direct's web site and tried four times to sign up without any success. I next called Direct and spoke with Marbeye which told me that representatives can't sign customer up for paperless billing. I told her I had repeatedly tried without success to do so. The representative's told me that Direct cannot sign customers up for this service and also checked to check if site was having problems and stated it looked fine. Both issues of the previous signup through Shannon and the repeated attempts to sign up on line without success were met with a tone of.skepticism. ~Anonymous : I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous : I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DirecTV's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous : For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other DirecTV customers?
~Anonymous : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DirecTV to know who you are.
