~No more direct: It took an extremely long wait to talk to someone, only to be told to call back the next day. When I decided to cancel they now will NOT LEAVE ME ALONE. I get multiple calls. Cancelling without moving is difficult, but if I am so valued - why did I have to cancel service after my contract expired - to get any deals. I end up changing service every two years just to get nominal service and better rates. To cancel took ** minutes and finally after repeated requests to just cancel and getting mad (made the gal cry) for them to accept the cancellation.

~No more direct: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~No more direct: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DirecTV's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~No more direct: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other DirecTV customers?
~No more direct: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DirecTV to know who you are.
