~Cristy Molander: my Customer service Rep Cristy was exceptionally helpful more than most service representatives I have encountered with other companies. She was very knowledgeable on all steps to take in order to solve my problem and did so within the time of our phone call of less than ** min. I hope I can get her again if I have other service needs. I believe this was the second time she has assisted me with a problem and both times she is pleasant and patient ,Kind and is a representative of quality customer service. Cares enough to LISten (really ) and to work with the customer to resolve the problem or question. I think her manager should consider giving her a spot bonus.

~Cristy Molander: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Cristy Molander: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DirecTV's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Cristy Molander: For that I would say two out of five.

~Cristy Molander: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DirecTV to know who you are.
