GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Dirt Devil customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Michelle: They don't care about their customers. They would rather lose a long time customer than stand behind their products. All this over a $** vacuum. The authorized service dealer suggested I use cable ties to keep the cord attached to the handle. I also had to call cust service to find out if the problems were under warranty because the repair shop kept lying and saying they would call that afternoon with an estimate. They also told me that the parts would take *-* days but could not give me a reasonable time it would be repaired. Their whole network is the worst I have ever encountered. They should look to American Express on how to treat customers because AMEX is the best.

~Michelle: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Michelle: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Dirt Devil's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Michelle: For that I would say four out of five.

~Michelle: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Dirt Devil to know who you are.
