~viz1: I joined DMC a few weeks ago. I ordered several movies at once for their sign up promo price. I received the email that my movies had been shipped and thought nothing of it. Several weeks later, I never received my first shipment. I called to complain that I had not received anything and that the email did not offer a way to track whether my order had really been shipped or not. Customer service said they would refund my money for the entire order which they did immediately. However, I was also told that DMC uses media mail to ship out their items, which for us here in Hawaii, it already had been over * weeks and still no shipment. I began to think the whole thing was a scam. I requested my membership to be canceled and cust serv said they would do so at once. However, I'm still receiving emails from them and it doesn't show that my request was granted. Upon requesting a confirmation email a second time, I was told it takes a week or so for the cancellation confirmation to be emailed o
