~Kim: I pre ordered a movie "Into the Woods" which came out today and I don't have it yet. I went to the Disney movie club to see why I did not have it yet and it said it had shipped but not when. There is no where on that site to look at tracking or when things are shipped. I feel like if I but something before release I should get it at least on release date. Besides it being more expensive it is late. The person who helped me was great.

~Kim: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Kim: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Disney Movie Club's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Kim: For that I would say four out of five.
