GetHuman-323173: This is the second time I have called. The first time I waited for less than a minute, this time just a little longer. The first time I called to cancel an order and it was a quick and painless process. This time I called to complain that my order had shipped incomplete and they solved it (well, hopefully, we will see if the rest arrives) right away. Great service.
