~drh: Horrible company. Had error with auto billing, found out when tech showed up. Called dominion to confirm bill (and payed it), but tech still cut gas. Been ** hours w*o gas, its snowing outside, and me and my infants are freezing because they are going to reconnect the gas (which has also now been paid for ** hours) between *am and **:**pm.
