~SeaDog 72: I initially gave a review of five for Quality of Service but changed it to one since there is not a zero listed. The four service personnel talked to either lied outright, side stepped the issue at hand, or (as stated by the Supervisor I was talking to) did not have the authority*knowledge*ability or backbone to investigate the lack of power to a household while they were becoming a new customer. The lies from the customer service reps started on Thursday morning and continued throughout Friday until after it was too late to get anything done since the Supervisors do not have the ability to take any initiative of their own. Compassion is not in the vocabulary of this Corporation since it does not generate revenue. I know I will never see this in print again so I guess it's just my way of blowing off steam to keep from lifting reliefs. The corporate executives need to review the operating guidelines of this company.
