GetHuman-166993: I waited on the phone for over * hour and ** minutes. I started at *:** pm and did not make the appropriate contact until well after an hour and ** minutes...I was given * or five different numbers to call, without getting my service restored. When I actually did make contact, I was again redirected to another service line. Finally I was able to get my bill resolved. (With additional **.** payment because of the delay caused by the horrible service.) After waiting almost * hours, I was told that I had to pay **.** or my service would not be connected for * more day. I could not wait that long to be without power, so I consented. I need to make a formal complaint to the president of the company because I started well before the time to pay the **.**.*iS THAT DONE SO THAT PEOPLE HAVE TO PAY THE EXTRA FEE? if THOSE CONFOUNDED MACHINES WERE PEOPLE, THIS WOULD NOT HAVE OCCURRED. I AM GOING TO MAKE A COMPLAINT INTO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU...
