~Newman Mars : On the hottest day of the year, a storm ripped through DC and left * million people without power and in conditions that would not be allowed in most jails. While acts of God are understandable, it is not clear why Dominion decided to refuse to tell its customers when they might get their power back. At least people in jail know when their imprisonment is up. Not so for people forced to deal with domion.
