GetHuman-403943: I ordered from store **** in Dallas Texas. I ordered * medium and some wings for myself. they ran my credit card and said they would be there in ** min. ** min later they called me and said they did not deliver to the Hotel I stay at even thought it is the same location that was at the key card. They said it was because of an argument one driver got in with someone at the hotel. They finally agreed (after me speaking the the manager) to deliver. *.* hours later the Driver sounding very stoned said he was lost. in the * min coversation we had I had to say the name of the hotel * times and give the address * times. I called the store after another ** min and they said that the driver gave up. Did not call me or anything. It was closing time for them so they just refunded my credit card and said "oh well" they were now closed. I am leaving tomorrow and this this branch needs to be closed! The employees are morons who care nothing about customer Service. Aracely the manager is
