~victoria Mahoney: To Whom it concerns:*I have been a customer for many years now. I am an older woman over **, now much over that. Years ago I got a large Ice coffee holder that holds my large cup of ice coffee which I drink all year long. I just love this cover.*I have been looking for the same cover for the last * years, even some of my friends have been looking for one for me. There are none to be found like the one a have. My cover is a large Ice coffee holder, and it is all black with "Dunkin Donuts" written on the side of the holder. The top has a little cover that goes over the top of the ice coffee cup to hold it tighter. *My holder is so old I have glued it together on the bottom and the "Dunkin Donuts" sign is fading away and the holder is black and brown because of dirt on it. I cannot wash it because it will surly fall apart. *Just to let you know I have met other people that I don't know that have also been looking for the same holder that I have. I left my holder at a Dr. o

GetHuman: And what about Dunkin's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~victoria Mahoney: For that I would say one out of five.

~victoria Mahoney: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Dunkin to know who you are.
