~Fritzi: Tried * order n they didn't understand, because their English was poor. When they gave us our food they *got my drink. They also *got the Gentlemans b* me. I asked * a cinnamon twist something. H e told me "O u want the cinnamon bagel". They don't even know their own products! The employee asked the other employee "who ordered the coffee"? She said "nobody". The man in front of us said "I did"!. Then she said "O yeah it's his". I see Dunkin donuts closing not far down the road. They also continued * take orders after me so the wait was enormous. Horrible experience. The girls just didn't care. The guy was fine the girls need * b let go or needs a ton of training.

~Fritzi: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Fritzi: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Dunkin's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Fritzi: For that I would say five out of five.

~Fritzi: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Dunkin to know who you are.
