GetHuman-212367: I'm working with Wells Fargo and EMC is the investor. My wife and I keep getting turned down on our modification because EMC is greedy. They stacked penalties on top of our pricinple, but it's been their foot dragging that has delayed everything. They don't want to take the same loss as the homeowners. They collect money from the Government and that try and collect full price from the consumer.
