~Unknown: **.** hold has been placed on my card because of a gas station pump transaction at Kroger. Do not I mean do not use your card at the pump you will be mad, I want my money unfroze now because I need that. I have been waiting for an hour and a half and I am still waiting on hold...Is there some other number that I could call because this is way past ridiculous....I have never in my entire life waited this long to speak to a customer service representative.
