~Irate: I have never been so frustrated with an organization in my life! You dial the * provided only to reach an automated system that doesn't allow you to be transferred to a live person. You have to dial the *, hold w*o pressing any other numbers. You may get lucky and get a live person. The other option is that your disconnected! Really? Then when you get a person, they can't answer your **** questions! WTH???*It's one thing if you don't have an answer, its quite another when you can't be transferred to someone who can! If the objective is to frustrate ppl, they win the award!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting EPPICard. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a EPPICard problem?
~Irate: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Irate: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about EPPICard's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Irate: For that I would say four out of five.

~Irate: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for EPPICard to know who you are.
