~xxkelxx17: We ordered * tshirts from ESPN Shop that had delivery of *-* days. When we recieved the package it had the shipping label from ESPN Shop but inside the box was dog bones from Petsmart. When I called ESPN Shop regarding this they said they would expedite shipping and I should recieve an email the following day. I never recieved the email. I called later that night and the customer service agent proceeded to tell me that my reorder would take * to * days to process before shipping. When I asked for a supervisor or manager I was told they were all gone for the night and it was only *:** at night eastern time. I then called back and spoke to someone else who told me the managers just left at **:**pm eastern. DONT EVER PURCHASE FROM THEM ***the website and some of the customer service agents say they are ** hours however some of the customer service agents claim they close at midnight eastern.

~xxkelxx17: For that I would say two out of five.
