GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's ESS Eye Pro customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~benji: I ordered some prescription len inserts. I waited * month and my order is still "in processing". I understand that they have to make these prescription inserts, but it does not take * month to do that. My civilian contacts and eyeglasses takes *-* weeks. There is no reason they should take * month. After about *.* months, I decided enough was enough and I emailed them. No response. I called them * week later and the guy on the phone said that they inserts were backed ordere and it is coming in next week and I should receive them soon. It passed that week mark and my order is still in process. I am about to cancel my order and find a more reliable company. ESS is a horrible company to do business with.

~benji: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~benji: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.

~benji: For that I would say three out of five.
