~Sheila : we paid our Pay By Plate last month by giving them our transponder number. They never put the payment through and then they charged me a huge fee. I called them to dispute the insane fees. Which ARE EXTORTION. **.** last month and now because they didnt put their payment through for some reason they said know we owe $***.** in ** days this is insane. I have an account and the vehicles were linked to EZ pass. This never should have happened and no one has any explanation besides we have to pay.
