~Flying lady: Unable to book a flight online because someone else's details (name in full and post code) appeared on MY registration page! Phoned them three times to raise this urgent problem. Apart from the confidentiality issues I couldn't book a flight. I phoned THREE times and each time someone promised to ring back. No call received. I have sent email after email. I just get an automated response calling me by yet another person's name NOT even the name of the person who appears on my registration page!!! First email sent a week ago. Still had no answer - so still can't book a flight - and still have someone else's personal details on view on my registration page. Beyond appalling.
