GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-nadia_iq: Hello,**Yesterday was the first time I had a flight with easyjet. I was going to Brussels from Milan Malpensa Airport. I have a type D national visa for Italy with multiple entry. At the boarding gate easyjet staff stopped me and told me my visa is not valid. I don't understand why. I travelled to Berlin with Ryanair last week and there was no issue. I confirmed with my university and police department and they both said my visa is valid for the entire schengen region. When I asked the easyjet staff they said it's a company rule and it's your fault even though nowhere on their website does it say I can't travel to Brussels with a type D visa. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. I am exchange student at Bocconi University and as students we have to have a budget. I had a flight from Brussels to Copenhagen and from there to Milan. All my hotels and airline money is gone in addition to all the emotional stress and pain I had to go through. **I want to know WHY this happened to me when all my documents are correct. My trip is ruined but I would request you that the least that your company can do is give me a refund. **I am waiting for your prompt reply.**Thank you very much,*A Very disappointed customer
