~Shade Seph: EA customer service is nothing but a HUGE JOKE! ive been trying on & off for * months to get help with me problem! I cant send an email, i cant get a live person on the phone, EA help website has so many redirects it wont allow you to get to it. No wonder EA cant compete in the world gaming community...the company as a whole is a joke! It's sad to because bf is a much better online game than C.O.D could ever hope to be, but C.O.D has amazing customer service, actually listens to it's users & is easy to get ahold of and actually fixes the issues...the complete opposite of what you all at EA do. Ive been trying for * months to create an account at origins and all it keeps telling me is...now is not a good time, try back later! Im ashamed to have spent money on this game buying battlepacks & accessories just to not be able to create an account to actually use anything! It has taken me * months just to find this review box to complain, but you all wont even read it. If you do, it'
