~Bad Service: I waited ** minutes to have a chat help representative tell me that he could not locate my order. He then ended the chat. I WILL NOT pay anymore money to EA for items I already purchased. I will not buy ANY MORE EA products. No wonder they do not want to talk to anyone !! Are they actually profitable!!
