GetHuman6883: I want to purchase Gems on POGO. My credit czard is the same as it has always een. I tried getting EA support by phone and was paslmed off to a Tech specisalist--who then told me to hold for another specialist. After waiting ** minutes listening to the worst ear splitting music going, I hung up with the issue still unresolved. My credit card is perfectly OK* I just can't purchase the gems on the POGO site. Why not? This is maddening!
