~kathyk: I have called member services phone number and never got through after ** minutes. I have the Healthy NY policy I was happy with how it was and that idiot president Obama had to change it now my ob*gyn that I have had for ** years is not on network. I am still waiting after * weeks into the new policy for the other two members of my family to get their insurance cards only got two out of four cards you can never get help from emails they reply with stupid answers. I have made ** phone calls and my employer has talked to them twice. When I pull up my ob*gyn MDS they are on list but because they bill under group tax id they are out of network not covered the website ***** and so does customer service. I don't know why Obama had to change my plan I had insurance already. IDiot!!!!!! My daughter had a procedure at ob*gyn now is told by their billing not covered she had radiation treatment on cervix for pre cancer cells we cant be responsible and don't know what to do. I am so upset wit
