~MA: TOOK FIVE TELEPHONE CALLS BEFORE SOMEONE WOULD ACTUALLY HELP ME THE PHONE CALLS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE MONITORED IF THEY WERE THERE WOULD BE ALOT OF PEOPLE WITHOUT A JOB. SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS JUST WANT TO TRANSFER THE CALL TO THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM.
