~ark9899: Even though I have sent every piece of documentation proving the item recorded at the Colbert County Courthouse in Alabama is incorrect, I cant get you guys to remove the incorrect information. I have disputed this three times and with the last dispute sent a letter from the Revenue manager of the State of Alabama stating it is incorrect with her direct phone number to straighten out this mess and it still is staying on my credit report.

~ark9899: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ark9899: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Equifax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ark9899: For that I would say four out of five.
