~babula1951: THEY ARE STUBURN OR STUPID, CAN'T TELL. Most of them don't have an idea of what are you talking about. Every question that you ask is a "dispute" for them you never get ANY HELP from them whatsoever as a consumer.*To the contrary when I used to work for a big financial bank, the treatment was totally different, they would go the xtra mile for you. As a little customer you are nobody for them

~babula1951: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~babula1951: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Equifax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~babula1951: For that I would say two out of five.
