~not displayed: The person kept asking me to repeat my identification information. He never got around to asking me what my problem was. **The problem is that Equifax keeps billing my credit card account for a service that was cancelled when I spoke to Agent Samantha Jacob in November, ****. She said that the billing would be discontinued as of ********. I have a December billing and the charge of $**.** is still on the card account. I'm not going to pay it. And I want it removed as of ******** per her assurance to me.**I won't be recommending Equifax services to anyone.
