~Rver in MD: The woman I spoke with concerning a "charge off" on my credit report was hard to understand. She said it was our timeshare company that was showing the "charge off", but had a zero balance (how does that happen?). The original loan was bought out by another company and the current company was showing ontime payments. By the end of our conversation, she said she removed the charge off and then hung up! Not happy!

~Rver in MD: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Rver in MD: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Equifax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Rver in MD: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Equifax customers?
~Rver in MD: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Equifax to know who you are.
