~Anonymous: I have had no problems for a few years right up to the time my DD went to a different account and I missed a payment with them. Then: $** insufficient fund in my bank - I transferred $ into old account and they said I had to wait to see if it would pull * days later it didn't I called was told I had to now wait for account to close (mail)then restart another account. I asked them to just pulpayment - supposedly they can't. Asked to speak to a manager "Customer Service person was not nice did not give me her name when asked and placed me on terminal hold. I called *** * on this website - it is to a loan reviewer.
