GetHuman-45316: * minutes after said "opening time" a voice comes on the phone line saying due to high call volume we are only taking calls on a first come first serve basis.... If I were calling DishTV or the electric company I would believe this... Also, I placed an order, received order confirmation and the money was charged to my credit card. I went to check the status of my order and I see that it is still pending.. Further investigation shows.. well.. to be honest I have no idea why it is still pending.. but it would have been nice to receive some sort of notification within the week and a half after my order was placed that it is still pending for some reason.. I have sent an email and now waiting to hear back.. (From my previous email, I assume * days)
