~cb: Don't even call this number. It's a circular loop and you get caught in the phone system referring you back and forth forever. Once I got a human (don't know how) she connected me to another number that was disconnected.

~cb: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~cb: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Esurance's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cb: For that I would say four out of five.
