This is not the case, I tried calling on Sunday ******* and a recording came on and said our offices are now closed than it said to use their automated machine. A recording came on now and gave different options for you touch a number for that option listed. So please make sure that people know they will NOT get a body or shall I say Human to talk to at least not on Sunday. Thank You, Donna L.
