GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Expedia customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Catherine A: After making a change on the first leg of my trip, Expedia had mistakenly cancelled the second half, which made no sense because I had a round-trip ticket. I didn't find out until checking in for the second half which was the next day. After ** minutes and * transfers, they said they would consider a reimbursement if I filed a claim. So I had to buy another ticket at $****.** and had to wait another day to leave. Never book with Expedia. You have no recourse. Catherine A
