GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Expedia customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-183723: Book two rooms Trough Sams Club Travel, which is Expedia, and recieved two seperate comformations but when arrived at hotel they knew nothing about *nd room. Expedia had charged me for the rooms * weeks prior when booked. Called customer service and was told to call another * then they told me to call another * and so on. Finally got ahold of someone but they spoke broken English and put me on hold and never returned after an hour! Had to keep calling back. Expedia solution was for me to pay the hotel for the extra room after I had already paid them. They refused to compensate the Hotel for the second room. Hotel(Super*) clerck was very helpful and finally got them to agree. Hotel said they always have problems with Expedia and most of the people we have talked to since have also had problems. I will never use Sams Club or Expedia again, they wasted over * hours of our vacation.

GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Expedia customers?
