GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/25/17?
GetHuman-salamm: Dear sirs, my name is Salam Majzoub and I am one of your customers on the **th of august I reserved a room in Crown inn Hotel through your website thinking that it was in North Cyprus, when I got to North Cyprus I found out that the hotel is on the side where they require a Schengen visa that I actually don't have. I called the hotel and they were very understanding and they cancelled the reservation. They told me that I should also send you a message explanation the situation. Thank you
