~luz: Expedia Used to be so good! Now i booked a trip in business, $*,*** for LA-Phily return, and when I check in I discover only return is business. Called expedia and they told me when they dont have business they offer you coach, but this was NOT PROPERLY COMMUNICATED. They didnt have first and I got a red message on screen while booking (clear)* but with no business they just assigned me a seat in coach and told me I should have read the small print. It is NOT true there were no seats on that class available as I was able to upgrade at airport for $***...not clear, and wouldnt take responsability for this

~luz: For that I would say one out of five.
