~hotel chain rep: I am a front desk clerk from a very well known hotel chain. We had a customer check in last night using a Expedia Virtual Card. The Credit Card declined, when I called to get a valid card the wait was *** mins next it was *** minutes and the third time was *** minutes. First time the rep gave me the wrong phone number and the second and third times my call was dropped. Each time I had to ask the rep to slow down and speak more clearly! All I want is to get a payment for a hotel room your customer has stayed in!
