GetHuman-186415: I arrived at LaConcha Hotel in san juan pr at *:**am the reservation was booked thru expedia-Clara had confirmed * beds for * guest and I had everything in writin when we arrived they only had a king size bed -not good they werent doing anything about it I called expedia at that time by coincedence ended up w Clara who remembered and at that time she spoke w the hotel manager they released the funds and she arranged for the contined stay at the Sheraton which ended up being just as nice-it again happened with Howard Johnson in Isla Verde PR ( not recommended -dirty-dark-) called expedia and was able to go back to another Sheraton for the remainder of the stay- I was traveling w my elderly parents and the assistance I received in coordinating all these mishaps was greatly appreciated Id like to give kudos to Clara and the second agent who I cant recall his name-- hopefully this kind of thing doesnt happen again it does take time but in the end it was good to know I had the support of ex
