~the worst: I had large parts of * days design with them on the phone (it was multi-city so had to be on the phone) - first booking, then needing to cancel part of it and being misinformed which generated an incomprehensible email requiring me to phone them again. Three days of calling and being on hold (** minutes, ** minutes, never less than **), being disconnected twice, and speaking to people whose English was often not quite up to par. Exhausting. Never, never will I do anything with them that requires a phone call.

~the worst: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?

~the worst: For that I would say five out of five.
