GetHuman-40608: I have called Expedia a total of * times now to fix the problem. The first *, I never received an actual call back. The *th attempt I got a call back and the guy took my credit card number and then disconnected me and the never called back. The next * attempts I kept getting disconnected and never called back. They have taken $***. Out of my banking account and have "lost" my flight and car package. No one has taken the time to remedy this for me. Now I have to contact the better business bureau.

GetHuman-40608: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Expedia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-40608: For that I would say one out of five.
