~disappointed in expedia: I recently was pushed to use the mobile app on my cell phone. I booked a hotel room for business in NYC. When my trip was cancelled more than * days in advance the team at Expedia were less than helpful. This was honestly some of the worst customer service I have ever received (after * years traveling for a living). Very disappointed.
