GetHuman-369439: I work the front desk at a hotel and keep getting a declined credit card for a guest who booked through expedia. I have been trying to speak with someone to address this issue. The first time I called I got hung up while someone was transferring my call (after I had been on hold for ** minutes). The second time I called the representative basically told me she could not help me because I did not select the right options. There is NO option for hotel support. I was just trying to obtain the authorization that I need as a worker. You guys really should have a better understanding of how this business works and be more helpful and not annoyed when being asked for assistance.
